It’s hard to miss a doctor’s appointment or an important meeting, right? Well here’s how to squeeze in “me” time because it is just as important as everything else:

  • Write down your scheduled “me” time on your calendar. Make it a scheduled appointment and charge yourself a cancellation fee if you cancel!

  • Pick an activity that you enjoy and will look forward to doing by yourself. If you want to meditate more, buy an expensive or pretty candle. Invest in the activity and make it something that you enjoy.

  • Figure out reasons WHY you want or need “me” time. The bigger the WHY, the easier the how.
