How are you able to offer such low prices and wide selection?
While we do sell other brands, we also make our own products. We sell a lot of products and thus have the ability to make and buy in quantities, which lowers our costs. We pass along these savings to you! Additionally, our buying power and warehousing capabilities allow us to offer a wide variety of products, colors, and styles. You won’t see that at our competitors.
Do you accept P.O.s?
Yes, for approved large customers, we can set up Purchase Orders. We supply schools and universities, governments, YCMAs and large fitness chains, charitable organizations, and corporations throughout the U.S. and can work directly with purchasing departments to facilitate orders. Please call for more information.
Why am I paying sales tax? What if I am a tax-exempt buyer?
State sales tax is required for all non-exempt customers. We collect sales tax and remit it to the appropriate state in compliance with local and state laws. Taxes are collected based on the shipping address of the state or locality. If you are tax exempt, no problem. It is quick and easy to set up for tax-exempt buying. You will need to set up an account with us and provide written documentation of your exempt status (i.e., W-9 or equivalent state documentation). Sorry but we can’t make exceptions! You only have to do this once as we will keep the information on file. You can email these documents to [email protected].
Do you need an account to buy “wholesale”?
No, we have set up our business so customers who buy in quantities will typically receive lower per-unit pricing. Any customer can get wholesale pricing if they are ordering in wholesale quantities. Each product will have its own quantity discount pricing, if applicable. Even if you are not ordering wholesale quantities, don’t worry, our normal everyday prices are GREAT. Though not a requirement, we encourage you to create an account and sign up for our emails. We regularly send out specials and interesting yoga community content to our account holders and email recipients.
How do I buy BOGO items?
Make sure you put the total quantity of items you want to receive as the quantity. The price discount will automatically apply upon check out. For example, if you want 2, enter 2 and you will get them for the price of 1. Our system does not duplicate items so ordering 1 will not result in you getting 2. Please note that BOGO items are typically sold at the regular retail price and are often subject to availability and quantity restrictions.
