Shipping Methods
All standard and expedited shipping services are with FedEx. Please note, all orders must be shipped to a physical address, as we are unable to ship to PO boxes. For one and two day expedited shipping options, please call us at 800-331-8233 and a representative will assist in placing your order.
We hold responsibility for orders until they are dropped at the designated delivery address at which point you take ownership of all boxes included in the order. We are not responsible for any stolen packages. However if the package was not successfully delivered to you please notify us within 48 hours so that we can assist you.
Order Cut Offs
Same day shipping is available for orders placed before noon (EST) and 9 AM for expedited orders. Please note: all other items received usually ship within 24 hours of purchase.
3rd Party Shipping Accounts
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders using shipping accounts that are not our own.
Oversize or Bulk Orders
For Oversize or Bulk Wholesale orders please call or email us so that we can ensure you receive the best possible price. We do not list our freight prices the website.
