Easy Returns

Here at Yoga Direct, we understand that sometimes online purchases do not always arrive at our doorstep the way we envisioned they would. So we have made it hassle free for our customers to return their purchase. All you have to do is call us or drop us an email and we will let you know exactly how to return it -- Easy as that!

Return Process

Before returning any items, please request an RMA Number using the information below.

Login into My Account. Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit a RMA form from the “Track Orders” section-- from there, fill out the appropriate fields. A confirmation email will be sent to you within a few days with instructions on how to return your purchase. Once the item(s) are received, please allow 10 business days for processing of your return. Note: if you do not have an account, feel free to contact us and we will submit the RMA request.

Product Specific Returns

Some items such as clothing, jewelry, DVDs/CDs, or health and beauty items may have special return policies. Items with a unique return policy or procedure are clearly marked on their respective product pages. If you are unsure or have questions regarding the return policy of a specific product, please contact us and we would be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Due to the nature of wholesale orders, the return process is slightly different. Please contact us for more information.

International Orders

Due to customs and taxes we are unable to accept returns from orders placed outside of the United States.
