Angry? Here’s What To Do:

Posted by Peter on 10/9/2012
Usually when we’re angry and go to the gym, we want to blow off some steam. But first, here’s what you should do and why:

  • Try to calm down before you begin your workout. It’s important to train yourself to accept and deal with anger first instead of just taking out your aggression in your workout. Engage in a breathing exercise or try to meditate for at least 30 seconds.

  • Then, start with a brisk walk or light jog instead of with a sprint or heavy weight set. Slowly warm your body up to your workout and try to settle your mind.
