Katie Santoro opened Lunge Yoga Studio May of 2018 after completing her RYT 200. Starting out as a committed runner, she had been searching for another outlet to compliment her passion. Yoga took hold of her mind, quieting its busy nature and revealing its healing benefits, leading her to the dream of opening her own studio.
