Letting Myself Evolve | Step 1 To Making a Change

Step 1: Set a Goal
Think about what it is that you want to change in your life.
For me, it was to conquer my internal voice... that one that says you're not good enough or unworthy. We all have this pesky thing. I would like to have the capability to remain positive and to talk kindly to myself and about myself. For you, it may be stress management, kicking a bad habit, managing your temper, etc.
Whatever it is that you want to improve upon, write it down. Understand why it is that you want to make this change; how does this affect your life?
Next, think about what feeds your soul. What makes you happy? Make a list of these things that build you up. Some of mine include:

All of these things are tools you use to build yourself up. They allow you to stand strong.
Once you have completed both parts of step one, and it could take you a while to figure it all out... but once you're ready, return back here for step two in the process towards making a change.
