How do I create an account?

Click My Account from the top right of the page. Select Create Account and follow the instructions to create an account. You can also create an account during the checkout process by providing a password for your account when prompted.


How do I edit my account information or change my address?

Click “My Account” from the top right of the page or visit My Account and then sign in to your account. From there, you should see several of your shipping and billing addresses with links to update them individually. You can also add additional shipping addresses using the My Address Book section.


I forgot my password!

To reset your password click “My Account” on the top right of the page or visit My Account. Then, enter your email address and select “Reset my Password.” A link to reset your password will then be emailed to you.

Billing and Taxes

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax will need to be paid in the following states:

  • Virginia
  • Tennessee
  • Arizona
  • Connecticut

Canadian orders are subject to normal import duties and taxes -- unless you ship via FedEx International Ground Distribution, where all taxes and duties are built into the shipping cost.

United Kingdom residents may purchase from our sister site YogaDirect.co.uk for better shipping rates and additional savings.

For the Rest of the World, normal import duties, taxes and fees will be paid by the customer.

Guaranteed Lowest Price Policy

YogaDirect.com guarantees we will always provide the lowest prices possible for our customers. If you come across an item at a lower retail price on a competitor's site, simply Contact Us with the information about that product.

Custom Printing

Do you offer custom printing?

Yes! In fact, we specialize in it! We offer a wide variety of custom screen printed yoga props and accessories that show off your logo or artwork. Our high quality mats, blocks, straps and bags can be purchased with your design in order quantities as low as 10 units.


How much does custom printing cost?

Custom printing costs vary according to what items you are printing on. To request a quote, simply fill out Custom Print Request Form. A customer service representative will get back to you with pricing for the quantities, items and colors requested.


How large can my image for printing be?

  • Yoga Mats: Standard - 12.5" by 16" 
  • Yoga Mats: Large - Full Size (with 3” border)
  • Yoga Mat Bags: 7" by 9"
  • Yoga Blocks: 4.5" by 7.5"
  • T-Shirts: 11" by 16"
  • Water Bottles: 2.75" by 3"
  • Thera-Bands: 13.5" by 3"


Am I limited to one color?

No way! We have the ability to print up to 5 solid colors on most products. Please note: Gradients, metallics and color percentages are not able to be printed.


Can I print to the edge of the mat?

No. We must allow for a 3'' border around the perimeter of the mat.


What is the minimum order size?

All custom print orders require a minimum of 10 items per category (i.e. 10 mats or 10 blocks, not 5 mats and 5 blocks).


How long will it take to receive my custom printed products?

You will receive an electronic proof once we receive your order. Upon your approval, we will begin production of your custom printed products. Production of custom printed materials takes approximately 10-15 business days and up to 5 business days for processing before being shipped. A 15% rush charge will be applied to orders needed in a faster time frame.

Order Status

Can I change quantities or cancel an item on my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify an order once it is placed. If the order has not yet shipped, we can try and cancel the entire order and allow you to place the order again. If you need to do this, feel free to call us at 1-800-331-8233.


How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you should receive an email with the tracking information (might need to check your SPAM folder!) If you have an account, simply visit My Account and you can view your tracking information via your online account.


My order never arrived!

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, double check the tracking number.. Sometimes weekends and holidays can cause additional delays. If it has been lost, or shows it was delivered and it was not, give us a call or send us an email. We will work with you and the carrier to make sure your order arrives with no additional problems

How do I return my product?

Before returning any items, please request an RMA Number using the information below. For full return policy details, please review our Free and Easy Return Page.

Next, login into your account using My Account. Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit a RMA form from the “Track Orders” section-- from there, fill out the appropriate fields. A confirmation email will be sent to you within a few days with instructions on how to return your purchase.

Please be sure to obtain a tracking number for your return shipment.


I received the wrong product.

In the event that you receive the wrong product, please call us to speak with a customer service representative. We will work with you to quickly get the issue resolved.


I received defective/damaged in transit product

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item please notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the item if it was damaged in transit or is defective.


What is your return policy?

We want our customers to know that we appreciate their business, that’s why we offer a free and easy return policy. Yoga Direct understands that sometimes products are not what they seemed like on the internet... so we are giving you the chance to send it back with no additional cost! Just submit an RMA request through your account and we will send you a prepaid return label -- simple as that!!

How much is my shipping?

You can get a quote by adding the products you would like to your cart and using the Calculate Shipping section when you enter your shipping zip code. . On the checkout page, you will be able to select the exact method you want with a more detailed rate.

Shipping quotes for international orders may not be available. For shipping prices, please continue on to checkout.


When will my order ship?

Usually every order ships within 24 hours of being placed. Any order received before 12:00 PM EST is shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day (business days exclude weekends).


P.O. Boxes

Please note: we do delivery to P.O. Boxes. You must select a USPS shipping option or the FedEx Economy method. If an order needs to be shipped to a P.O. Box, we will use the appropriate shipping method.
