On your way up or down in an elevator, try these easy stretches to make the most of your time:
- Stretch your calf by placing your right toe on the wall in front of you, with your right heel on the ground. Gently lean towards the wall keeping both legs straight, and feel a stretch in your right calf. Repeat on the other side.
- Stretch the quads by holding onto the wall, bending your right knee and reaching back for your right ankle with your right hand. Keep your right knee reaching down towards the ground, and feel a stretch in your right quad. Repeat on the left side.
- Clasp your hands behind your back and stretch the front of your body. Bring your shoulders back and breathe.
