There’s a new super protein out there called “quinoa”. It’s gluten free AND is an excellent source of energy. Here are a few ways you can start incorporating it into your diet:
- For breakfast, make quinoa and add fresh blood oranges and berries.
- For lunch, add in some uncooked veggies like cucumbers, celery, and corn and add your favorite seasoning or sauce.
- For dinner, use it as a side or add sauteed spinach, kale, and even chicken to make this a full and hearty dish.
