We all know the long-term effects of exercise, such as reduced blood pressure, reduced risk of diseases, etc. Today we’re going to talk about the short-term, immediate effects of exercise. Here are just a few:
- Increased energy and decreased stress are proven effects of exercise that can be felt immediately after an exercise session.
- Improved body image has recently been proven to be a result of just 10 minutes of exercise!
- Increased endurance, attention span, and happiness are experienced immediately after breaking a sweat.
- Keep a journal to record how you feel after you exercise. The list is endless!
