How do I return my product?

Before returning any items, please request an RMA Number using the information below. For full return policy details, please review our Free and Easy Return Page.

Next, login into your account using My Account. Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit a RMA form from the “Track Orders” section-- from there, fill out the appropriate fields. A confirmation email will be sent to you within a few days with instructions on how to return your purchase.

Please be sure to obtain a tracking number for your return shipment.

 

I received the wrong product.

In the event that you receive the wrong product, please call us to speak with a customer service representative. We will work with you to quickly get the issue resolved.

 

I received defective/damaged in transit product

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item please notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the item if it was damaged in transit or is defective.

 

What is your return policy?

We want our customers to know that we appreciate their business, that’s why we offer a free and easy return policy. Yoga Direct understands that sometimes products are not what they seemed like on the internet... so we are giving you the chance to send it back with no additional cost! Just submit an RMA request through your account and we will send you a prepaid return label -- simple as that!!
