Can I change quantities or cancel an item on my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify an order once it is placed. If the order has not yet shipped, we can try and cancel the entire order and allow you to place the order again. If you need to do this, feel free to call us at 1-800-331-8233.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you should receive an email with the tracking information (might need to check your SPAM folder!) If you have an account, simply visit My Account and you can view your tracking information via your online account.
My order never arrived!
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, double check the tracking number.. Sometimes weekends and holidays can cause additional delays. If it has been lost, or shows it was delivered and it was not, give us a call or send us an email. We will work with you and the carrier to make sure your order arrives with no additional problems
