How to Make Your Cardio Workout More Effective
If you love doing cardio and despise weight training, here are some tips to make
your cardio workout more effective:

- Create intervals for yourself by setting time or mileage goals. For example, go fast for 30 seconds or .10 miles, and then go slow for the same amount of time. Repeat this for your workout.
- You can also change the difficulty level. For example, for the first 30 seconds make your incline very difficult, and then bring the incline back to where you started for the next 30 seconds. Repeat this for your workout.
- Using music can give you a variety of beats and counts to work with as well. For example, for the chorus of the song, you can go faster or work harder at a higher incline, and for the verses you can go slower
