Do you want to enjoy the beautiful weather and be active at the same time? Here are some ideas:
- Run to a coffee shop or a store. Pick a destination to run or walk to, and have there be a reward at the end.
- If you have a childhood sport you used to play, such as tennis, basketball, or football, grab the equipment and find a sports buddy!
- If you’re headed to the beach to meet friends, go a few minutes early and get in some exercises on the sand. You’ll feel even more confident about your body after you’ve felt the burn!
