Whether you’re sitting, standing, or lying down, here are some ways to work your abs all day long:

  • While sitting, pulse your low abs in and out. Look at your stomach and watch it move in and out. You can pulse to the beat of music or just exhale as you pull your abs in on each pulse.

  • While standing, pretend that you are zipping into a tight pair of pants. Tilt your pelvis and reach your tailbone down towards the ground.

  • While lying down, bend your knees with your feet flat on the floor. Gently rock your pelvis back so that your hips are coming closer to your ribs. Press your back down into the ground and pretend like you are being punched in the stomach. Pull the low abs in and then come back to neutral and repeat.
