If you’re in a rush to leave in the morning, use the time when you brush your teeth or put on your jacket to set your intention for the day. Here’s how: 
  •  Ask yourself: What do I want to focus on today?
  •  Then, ask yourself: What quality do I need in order to focus on that?
  •  Now you can set your intention. Your intention is to focus on X because you have Y quality.
  •  Repeat this intention to yourself every hour or however often you are able to throughout the day.
