If you’ve been practicing yoga for a long time and are looking to change it up, here are some ways to fall back in love with yoga:
- Attend a new class. By changing the teacher and students around you, you’ll get a fresh perspective on a yoga class.
- Change the music you listen to if you have an at-home practice. If you usually listen to no music or calming music, try listening to some oldies or top hits songs to change the mood during your practice.
- Try out a Yoga-Pilates mix class and incorporate new moves and exercises into your yoga practice.
