The shower can be a good place to clear your head and even meditate. Here are a few meditations you can use:

  • While walking, sitting on a bike, or riding the elyptical, act like youre zipping into a really tight pair of pants. Pull your naval in towards your spine to squeeze into the pants, and youll be engaging your low abs.

  • While running, walking, or using the elyptical, try slightly twisting at your belly button to get a cross crunch happening in your mid-section. Youll be engaging your internal and external obliques and toning your torso.

  • You can also pulse your abs in and out, as if you are getting punched repeatedly in your stomach. Pull your naval in, then release, pull in, and release.
