Our round foam yoga blocks are as sturdy as our square ones, and are made of light blue scratch-resistant foam. They are lightweight, easy to use, and easy to carry with you to class. Round Yoga Blocks add more of a challenge to your practice because the rounded edge creates an unstable surface, turning any pose into one that requires balance and a quiet mind. Round Yoga Blocks are great tools for those who want to work on strength and stability in postures, but are not yet flexible enough to reach the floor in postures. When placed on its side, the Round Yoga Block can also be used the same way as a 3" tall regular Yoga Block. |
