	I have not been able to touch my toes since I was 12. I have tried to get into yoga and have repeatedly lost confidence due to my inability to touch my toes. The regular support blocks are too short to help me reach my goal. This block is perfect, it gives me the support I need and makes it possible for me to successfully complete the yoga program. I would highly recommend this to anyone who does not have the flexibility to use the smaller blocks.
