Defective / Damaged In Transit:
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item please notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the item if it was damaged in transit or is defective.
Should you not be 100% satisfied with any item you receive:
You may return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping charges.
The item must be in the original manufacturers packaging. Please include your order/invoice number on the outside of the package. Please note that some products may have a small restocking fee. Any products with a restocking fee will be clearly identified in the product description. Note: Because the return policy differs on some products, each product page must be read carefully for returns related to that product. Credits will be issued to the same credit card account, paypal account used to make the purchase. If you used a check or money order to make your payment, your refund will be mailed within 14 days by company check.
Please note the following:
- Additional shipping fees may be charged after order is processed if shipping information is not accurate.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged in any way, unless the damage is due to a defect in the product or as a result of damage during shipping by us.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Custom orders cannot be refunded or returned.
- Closeout items cannot be refunded or returned.
- We are unable to accept returns on international orders (i.e., Canada).
- Any products with a restocking fee will be clearly identified in the product description.
- Because the return policy differs on some products, each product page must be read carefully for returns related to that product.

Please be sure to properly insure your package(s). FedEx and UPS include tracking and insurance, although you may want to purchase additional insurance. The US Postal Service does not include tracking or insurance, so we advise that you purchase it for a nominal fee. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in the mail when being returned.

Product-Specific Returns:
Some items (such as clothing, jewelry, DVDs/CDs, or health and beauty items) may have special return policies. Items with a different or unique return policy or procedure are clearly marked on their respective product pages. Any special return policies are clearly noted on the product page. If you are unsure or have questions regarding the return policy of a specific product, please contact us and we would be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
The Return Process:
Please log into your account (http://www.yogadirect.com/myaccount.asp) to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not just send your items back for return without first getting an RMA number.
